I am currently a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Unum, where I ensure that the company hires the highest quality candidates with the skills, education, and experience necessary to meet its business needs. I have core competencies in employer branding, workforce planning, and recruiting. In my current role, I develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies for exempt and primarily support sales recruiting using traditional and creative methods. I also build and maintain strong relationships with diverse audiences, including business management, faculty, academic administration, student organizations, vendors, and community resources. I have successfully, networked, recruited, and closed candidates, as well as developed strategies for attracting diverse talent for all assigned requisitions.
