Tras “Trace” McMillian is a thorough professional who has obtained his Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Indiana State University. Tras is a profound speaker, influencer, community leader, advocate, and teacher who looks to learn, grow, and educate daily. As a journalist, Tras has over half a decade of industrial media experience. He’s been a Sports Reporter and Anchor with ESPN3 covering collegiate sports in the Missouri Valley Conference since 2017. Tras worked with Sycamore Video [Channel 20-1] in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he covered Indiana State news, sports, weather, and more. There he also served as the official Talk Show Host of Indiana State’s very own television talk show, “Almost Live.’’ As a leader, Tras served as the former President of the Brotherhood of Successful Scholars (An academic retention organization at Indiana State University) along with being a student advisor for the Board of Student Affairs. In May of 2021, Tras interned with WISH-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana as Sports Reporter & Anchor. As of November of 2021, Tras served as a Professional Journalist for WTHI News 10 covering Sports and News in the Wabash Valley. Tras is also active within many diverse communities partaking in ministry to spread the love and Word of God. He’s been an active Minister for youth and adults since 2018.
