About Travis Akins

Travis began his professional career path in Architecture developing skills in graphic design and project management. He transitioned to the field of Law Enforcement after the attacks on 9/11 utilizing the skills acquired and developing leadership, training, and law to protect and serve the community. Turning to deepen the impact upon the community, Travis entered the field of pastoral ministry serving local and global missions in thirty different countries. During this season of life, he became an expert in personnel recruitment, training, curriculum development, and authored two books. Bringing the two worlds of Law Enforcement and Pastoral Ministry together, Travis began serving in the leadership and as a Chaplain with Rocky Mountain Police & Fire Chaplains. This season brought all skills and experiences together to help with strategic, organizational, and financial development, and meets the needs of emergency responder agencies and personnel across the Rocky Mountain Region. Travis a a pioneer at heart that genuinely cares for others and draws on the vast experience to problem solve whatever comes his way.
