My primary focus is on managing and guiding project teams to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. I work closely with clients to secure and forecast project backlog, establish budgets, and develop strategic relationships. I am involved with high-stakes projects that require strong leadership, risk management, and financial oversight. Additionally, I mentor and sponsor leadership teams, as well as train and coach project managers and associates to foster growth and development within our team.
