About Travis Becker

Honestly, I could write pages on how your concrete wharf is about to collapse into the bay, work up safe detonation distances for landmine removal, or describe to you the phenomenon called "The Undeserved Hit" in relation to Decompression Sickness, but I can't figure out how to write about myself. I achieved a lot in the last 18 years - from the dry heat of Tanzania to the oppressive jungles of the Philippines, from under bridges, docks, and wharves across the US to the dry southern spaces of Afghanisan. With 18 years of Diving, Teaching, Bomb Disposal, Underwater Construction, and Bridge Inspection under my belt I can say I never backed away from a challenge and I always get the job done. I could not have had this level of success without the backing of great leaders and top-tier teammates. It can be done. Napoleon Bonaparte said it best:"Ca va marcher"- It will work.
