About Travis Blair

With over 20 years of experience in industrial and specialty construction, I’ve built a career around leading teams, managing complex capital projects, and developing operational systems that support long-term growth. My path has taken me from hands-on project planning to executive leadership as Vice President of Operations at US FUSION & Specialty Construction. I’ve led high-performing teams through all phases of construction — from estimation and execution to quality control and closeout — across a range of disciplines including HDPE piping systems, liner systems, civil, structural, and mechanical scopes. My leadership style focuses on collaboration, efficiency, and accountability, with a deep commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. As our business grows, I remain focused on developing people, improving processes, and aligning our operations to meet both current demands and long-term goals.
