I believe great leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about being the example, trusting your team, and staying positive even when it’s hard. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead everything from hospitality startups and entertainment tours to real estate ventures and multi-brand culture building companies. I’ve built teams, turned around operations, launched new concepts, and helped scale businesses with more than 150 employees. But none of that matters if the people doing the work aren’t thriving. Music, culture, family, and community keep me grounded. They remind me why I do this work — not just to build companies, but to create meaningful experiences and solve real problems for real people. I’ve seen how businesses can lose their way when leaders stop keeping their finger on the pulse — when they forget to listen, adapt, or empower. That’s why I believe in giving people space, staying focused on the positive, and being the leader others can rely on. Not just during the good quarters, but when things get weird, hard, or uncertain. Today, I lead operations at Sea Change Brewing Co, Shiddy’s Distilling, and Flatboy Burgers — overseeing strategy, people, and growth across three beloved brands. From brewing to taprooms to RTDs to burgers to community events, I get to wake up every day and help build something fun, innovative, and community-driven. I don’t believe leadership should be about ego, hierarchy, or fear. I believe it’s about service, clarity, and momentum — and I’m always looking for ways to collaborate with others who feel the same.
