Highly motivated individual seeking to expand my knowledge/skills in the field of information technology. Graduated as a computer systems technician student at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. As I studied, I've had the opportunity to work on the following projects- Using CLI, I deployed and protected a wireless network- Developed a Python software to interact with a PostgreSQL database- Troubleshooting of hardware and software- Utilization of services such as DNS, HTTP, Active Directory, and Windows Admin Center- Network-based operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and GNU/Linux- Troubleshooting computer issues in order to assist IT infrastructures- Investigated service management best practices with an emphasis on ITIL- Setup multi-master domain environments, MS Windows server roles, and virtualization options, as well as investigating Azure, Microsoft's public cloud computing platform- Set up dynamic routing protocols and devised scalable addressing techniques based on network addresses. NAT, IPv6, and redundant network architectures were evaluated- Installation of enterprise network equipment and cables Also worked as shipper/receiver for 5 years in retail and warehouse.
