I am an IT Professional currently working in the Health Care Industry who is Microsoft MCSA Certified as well as Epic Certified with 6+ Years of total IT Experience. I have 4+ years of Enterprise Environment experience and another 3 years working as a contractor in the Esports (Electronic Sports) Industry. My Certifications include the Microsoft MCSA Server 2016 Certification, Epic Electronic Health Record Certifications (specifically the Epic Cogito Systems Certification and the Epic Security Certification), Microsoft MTA Server Fundamentals and the CompTIA A+ Certification.One of my main responsibilities is administering our Epic Cogito Systems stack as an ETL Administrator. This involves managing a number of our Epic Servers, many of which are Microsoft SQL Servers. Cogito is Epic's way of handling Reporting in an EHR Environment. It comprises 3 distinct components and a few extra, smaller components. Primarily, the Cogito stack is made up of Clarity (Relation Database running on Microsoft SQL), Caboodle (Dimensional Database running on Microsoft SQL) and SlicerDicer (IIS Server that uses Caboodle Data to provide ease of use Reporting). Since Cogito is primarily made up of Microsoft SQL Servers, I help manage a number of our Databases. This includes providing access, managing nightly ETL Processes, running Queries, Stored Procedures and making changes to the Database as needed for our Business Intelligence Team. I work closely with Vendors and other organizations to Extract Data, build new Databases, Schemas and Tables. I also help with Backing up and restoring our Databases as well as managing Availability Groups.I have a wide range of general Sys Admin knowledge; specifically in building and maintaining server infrastructures (both single and multi-domain Forests) using all versions of Server from 2003 to 2019. This involves managing Domains via Group Policy, Active Directory, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, Certificates and more. I also manage some virtualization with VMWare. I also am trained in Hyper-V Management. I also am capable in other topics such as File System Security (including Shares), DFS Replication, High Availability concepts like Failover Clustering, and Networking in the Windows Server Environments (DNS, DHCP and IMAP and more).I am proficient in other Applications and systems including Microsoft Azure, Imprivata, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Office, SolarWinds, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop and more. I am currently working towards my Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification.
