I have over 15 years of experience in the Calgary & Area single and multi-family residential industry with a background in sales, sales management and customer service. A proven history of successful sales leadership and commitment to team partners to deliver on company goal achievement. I have experience with strategic planning, sales volume forecasting, product pricing review and sales operating budgets. As an integral member of the senior management team I was responsible for sales, customer experience and strategic pricing of new projects. I led and mentored a team of sales and support staff to exceed annual sales and traffic goals. I signed and approved all purchase agreements, oversaw the sales process, and was a true leader for direct reports in team building and problem solving. I did increase revenues with a strategic pricing strategy and as a result helped the company obtain higher profit margin and maintained excellent customer service. We successfully closed out a number of high volume communities and fostered a solid working relationship with my sales team that resulted in zero staff turnover. I have a solid fundamental knowledge of sales management and the motivation to lead a team to success and am looking to offer my abilities in the same or another industry.
