As the CEO and Founder of KATO Renovations Ltd, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in the construction and renovation industry. With a solid foundation in carpentry and extensive experience in project management, I have honed my skills to ensure that every project is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Before founding KATO Renovations Ltd, I served as a Project Manager with MAC Renovation, where I successfully led numerous projects from inception to completion, consistently exceeding client expectations. My tenure as an Estimator with Banyan Group allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail and accuracy, crucial for budgeting and project planning. My Carpentry career began as a apprentice with Paul Hofmann Construction and grew alongside Campbell Construction, where I gained hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the craftsmanship required in this field. My educational background includes a high school diploma from Westgate High School and a Carpentry Red Seal from Camosun College, which solidified my technical skills and knowledge. I am passionate about delivering exceptional results and continuously strive to improve and innovate in the construction industry. My goal is to lead KATO Renovations Ltd. to new heights, setting new standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
