Residing in Minnesota with my wife Michelle and our four wonderful children, I am deeply committed to both my family and my profession. My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from St. Cloud State University, where I also played shortstop for the baseball team. A hamstring injury led me to meet my wife, Michelle, then a recovery nurse. This personal twist set the foundation for a life full of adventure and professional growth. Coming from a construction family, I started my career as a Machinist in a small shop in Minnesota. Seeking new challenges, Michelle and I moved to Arizona, where I began my career in recruiting with a global talent search firm. Since 2011, I have honed my skills in recruiting for construction, manufacturing, and engineering firms. My expertise in executive search has been instrumental in helping clients worldwide find the right leaders to drive their success.
