I am an experienced technical program manager and chemical engineer with over two decades of expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging technologies, and quality/reliability engineering. My recent role as a Technical Program Manager at Intel involved co-designing high-performance computing products with external foundry customers, utilizing advanced packaging architectures such as FCBGA, EMIB, and CoWoS. I specialize in translating complex technical requirements into innovative solutions while ensuring product performance, yield, and reliability. Throughout my career, I’ve driven innovation by collaborating on design rule optimizations, roadmap creation, and executing product certification plans. As a Senior Quality and Reliability Engineer, I contributed to the development of new packaging technologies by identifying reliability-limiting factors, performing FMEA, and leading DOE-based improvements that doubled the reliability of high-stress server packages. With extensive experience in silicon process integration, yield analysis, and defect reduction, I’ve been at the forefront of Intel's technology advancements, including leading the first FinFET technology startup for high-volume manufacturing. In addition to my technical acumen, I bring a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and foster collaboration in highly matrixed environments.
