WHAT I DO: I help Brisbane and Queensland businesses to quickly collect overdue money by providing B2B debt collection services. I reduce the number of outstanding debtors, reduce the amount of debt that’s written off, increase cashflow, improve the average days for receiving payment and free up human resources so that clients can concentrate on their core business. HOW I DO IT: I am the owner and debt collector at Carter Collect, and I have over 20 years of experience in B2B debt collection. I work every file from cradle to grave, no matter the dollar amount, to deliver a high percentage of funds collected. WHY I’M DIFFERENT: After serving in the Defence Force and Corrective Services, I started a business doing field-based collections, private investigations and repossessions. I helped grow the company to over 100 employees and 550 contractors with offices across Australia. Although I’m still a shareholder in that company, I have now turned my attention to boutique debt collection services for companies in order to bring a personalized approach to debt recovery.
