I was a proven healthcare recruiter in both the Phoenix, and Seattle markets for the better half of a decade. In 2011 I created a modest work from home healthcare recruiting operation with the help of an Employer of Record Service, USA Staffing Services. After working closely with USA Staffing Services for a year they offered me a chance to come on board as their VP of business development. After earning a great deal of respect for the way USA Staffing Services conducts business, and the opportunities they provide for true entrepreneurship I quickly jumped at the opportunity to be a part of this company. As the lead of new business development I doubled our revenue 3 consecutive years which led to USA Staffing Services being selected for the Inc. 500 award in October of 2015. We ranked #310 out of the top fastest growing companies in America, we ranked #6 for the state of Florida, and we ranked #3 in the city of Tampa. In July of 2019 I joined PLS Logistics Services in Tampa, FL. I am the on-site corporate recruiter for the Tampa office and I also assist in the recruiting efforts for our Dallas location. PLS is an energetic industry leader in outsourced logistics solutions as well as freight brokerage services. I am having a blast recruiting top talent to join our internal team.
