As an Information Security Administrator at the City of Winter Haven, I protect the city's IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats and risks. I collaborate with the Technology Services team to implement security policies, procedures, and best practices, and to provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers. With a BBA in Business Information Technology from Polk State College, I have a strong foundation in both business and IT domains. I also hold a CompTIA A+ ce certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in hardware, software, and troubleshooting. I have over five years of experience in technology-related customer assistance, starting as an intern and advancing to a Business Technology Support Specialist before becoming an Information Security Administrator. I am a team player who values feedback and learning, and a critical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems. My goal is to continue to enhance my skills and knowledge in information security and to contribute to the city's IT performance and resilience.
