I am a client-value driven Audit & Assurance Partner, possessing 3 decades+ of public practice & private industry expertise serving middle market clients in the manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology and consumer products industries. I've intentionally steered my dynamic career evolution spanning Big 4 CPA Accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (’91-’00); The Jackman Group of Companies, a Canadian family office serving as Senior Financial Officer/Treasurer for three publicly traded companies (’00-’08); and currently, as Audit Partner & Manufacturing & Distribution (M&D) U.S. Group Head of EisnerAmper’s 1K+ national M&D middle market client portfolio across subgroups Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Transportation & Logistics, Cannabis & Hemp (’08-present). At EisnerAmper, I leverage my unique former public company Senior Financial Executive background & professional services provider expertise to provide a dual perspective for C-Suite client needs & solutions, serving as a trusted collaborator & engaged marketer. As a firmwide Client Partner across the complex U.S. EisnerAmper ecosystem, I forge partnerships with service line & industry leaders across geographies to mobilize & align client value-driven services related to operating issues, internal controls, profitability & business planning. My ability to identify, harvest & activate productive C-Suite level relationships amongst various industries & service lines (i.e, Financial Services, Real Estate, Tech, Law Firms & Engineering), fuels the maximization of current/new client value & significant new revenue growth annually. Additionally, in my Manufacturing & Distribution Group Head role, I am focused on our post-M&A national professional services firm footprint expansion & integration efforts across 15 offices, including culture assimilation and services acceleration within key NY, NJ, PA, CA, MN, MA, LA & TX markets. Notably, I have steered a 4-year, 10% CAGR in U.S. organic client revenue growth (19% CAGR incl. M&A activity) across our 1K+ client portfolio since 2020, respectively. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and Financial Executives International (FEI). As an active member of FEI, I served on the Board of Directors and was the former President of the New Jersey Chapter ('17-'18).
