About Travis Gaetz

Started off in the oil and gas industry when I was 17 as a welders helper, from there I continued moving forward to a crew lead, obtained class 1, equipment operator and then to a field foreman- In 2012 I started up on my own as a contract pipefitter until the bust in 2015, luckily I had my class 1 to fall back on, back into trucking I went running winch units/B train/straight can/vac units- From there I continued my career running units for a couple different companies and supervising along the way, I’ve met some great people along the way learned lots and pushed hard to get where I’m at today. Over my years in the oil and gas industry, I've honed my skills in crew management, supervision, project coordination. Beyond the professional realm, I'm an avid outdoors enthusiast, finding joy in hunting and fishing. Known for my outgoing and approachable nature, I've been described as someone who lights up the room. I excel as a mentor and problem solver, but occasionally struggle to strike the right work-life balance due to my boundless enthusiasm.
