I am currently attending University of Wisconsin-Stout receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Human Family and Development Studies and Human Resources and Management.(Expected Graduation: December 2026)I am an individual with excellent skills and experience in Psychology and am specifically trained in Recovery Services. I strive to be a motivational leader who will help employees exceed expectations by providing education on career growth, operation of facilities, and ethics.As a Recovery Specialist Supervisor at EOSIS Recovery I am able to provide leadership through supervision, mentoring employees, evaluating performance and consistently offering opportunities for professional growth. Ensuring compliance and ethics, scheduling coverage, and working on conflict resolution and collaboration with other departments to improve service.In addition to working, I volunteered as a Peer Recovery Specialist with Minnesota Recovery Connection where I was able to offer peer support, lead groups to discuss topics and help with skill usage, and assist those in recovery with anything they may need including spiritual.Certifications include Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, Harm Reduction, CPR First Aid Training.
