As a bilingual multinational Project Management Professional (PMP), I have applied my creative problem-solving skills to many fascinating areas over my career; from managing cross-functional waste management technology projects in the U.S. and overseas, to analyzing operational, commercial and financial management results in multinational corporations. I lead the process to surpass sales goals, make connections and a difference in our customers’ businesses. The threads that tie it all together are a curious mind, an on-going search for sustainable approaches to advance sustainability practices and a desire to understand others. All of this requires effective listening, empathy, and a willingness to stand outside of my comfort zone. As an expat I have become adept at acquiring new skills, cross-cultural adaptation, stakeholder relationship-management, language acquisition and perseverance. As a professional I am an effective communicator, skilled in relationship management, sales, marketing, planning, project and process design and training. With proven successes in creating efficiencies to reduce cost, time, and increase productivity. Experienced in sales management and coaching, and relationship building with public and private clients. As a native speaker of English, I am proud to move fluently through the Spanish speaking world and excited to be moving towards a working knowledge of French. In my down time I am a writer and musician, a published short story writer that dabbles in photography, a lover of nature that is thankful for 20+ years of enjoyment playing the bass guitar, guitar and piano.
