Travis is an experienced business analyst and architect with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across many levels of the enterprise. Over 21 years experience in the Information Management, Communications and Technology domain, spanning two primary industries of Health and Training. Travis was employed in many roles by the Health government sector prior to accepting an opportunity to expanding his Domain knowledge into the Training Sector. Travis has a bachelor degree in Health Information Management and postgraduate certificate in Information Systems. He has worked on a range of mid to large scale projects within the areas of feasibility studies; business architecture; project portfolio management and optimization; information systems management; and case management. Travis has significant experience in the health sector business and information technology domains and has supplemented that with solid experience in the Training Sector. Travis possesses demonstrated experience in progressing business cases in line with organisational strategy from benefits analysis through to implementation. This journey relies on Travis’s ability to gain stakeholder trust, through his mature and inclusive approach, excellent analytical skills in identifying and defining business requirements and a thorough situational awareness of political and other sensitivities around delivering projects.
