About Travis Johnson

Travis L. Johnson grew up in Houston, Texas, traveled to Waco, Texas for college and law school, and has returned to Houston to build his legal practice where he lives with his wife and daughter. Travis attended Baylor Law School where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, cum laude, in 2014 and was a member of Baylor Law School's Order of the Barristers. He graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University in 2010 where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Travis's practice includes a broad range of general business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, assisting with complex corporate organizations, drafting general contracts, and general corporate work. Prior to joining BoyarMiller, Travis practiced in the business group of Ewing & Jones, PLLC. Travis has also previously served as a judicial intern for Honorable Andrew S. Hanen of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Travis is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, is a member of the State Bar of Texas and its Business Law Section, is a member of the Houston Bar Association and its Mergers and Acquisitions Section, and is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
