About Travis McKay

Associate Program Manager with a technical background across complex systems, including medical devices, manufacturing operations, and academic R&D. I specialize in bringing structure to ambiguous problems by defining requirements, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and translating technical complexity into clear, executable plans. My experience spans multiple execution environments:• Leading early product definition and EMS user research for a hardware startup.• Driving reliability and systems improvements in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.• Managing end-to-end research and prototyping in biomedical engineering.Across theses settings, I have partnered closely with engineers, operators, and business leaders to turn uncertainty into aligned direction and disciplined execution. I operate best in environments where tradeoffs are real, constraints are technical, and delivery depends on shared clarity.I bring a systems-oriented approach to prioritization, risk mitigation, workflow design, and stakeholder coordination so teams can move forward confidently and deliver reliably.
