I am thrilled to offer my experience and expertise in the real estate market in the Comox Valley. It is with this enthusiasm and knowledge that I earned the 2020 Royal LePage President’s Gold Award! I feel it is a remarkable accomplishment to be recognized in the top 10 per cent of Royal LePage agents in our regional market and among the top performers in our national network of more than Realtors. My dedication and hard work over the past years, and my ability to rise to the challenges in the industry, are a shining example of which the foundation my business is built upon. For over 40 years I have had the pleasure of growing up in the Comox Valley and calling it my home and over these years I have gained a wealth of knowledge about this beautiful Valley and the communities that make it up. Growing up in a military family is what first brought me to the Valley as my Father was transferred to Comox in 1980. My upbringing makes me compassionate when working with relocating military families as I can relate to the excitement and emotions that go with moving a family to a new home! I also had a rewarding career as an officer in the Canadian Coast Guard and with the closure of the Comox Coast Guard MCTS station in 2016 and not wanting to leave this beautiful Valley, I soon found myself drawn to a new career in real estate. After completion of my Real Estate Trading Services Licensing through the the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC, I happily found myself with Royal LePage in the Comox Valley in 2017. Living an active lifestyle is a big part of who I am, as seen with seven successful years in the eco-tourism Industry as owner/operator of Coast Mountain Adventure Tours from 1996 to 2003. I attribute my successes in business and career to a firm belief in a work ethic built on trust and respect. I enjoy blending my passions for real estate and marketing to help my clients better understand the buying and selling process. And my vast knowledge of the local area and communities makes sure my clients find the home that is perfect for their family needs.
