I enjoyed 18 years of continuous career progression with Porter Davis, rising through the ranks from Supervisor to Director of Construction. I was instrumental in driving the growth and transformation agenda of the business and successfully positioned Porter Davis as a multi-award-winning and market-leading residential builder. I developed and empowered a team of 120+ to lead the construction of up to 1,700 new homes per annum, engaging staff at all levels in a shared commitment to excellence and achieving optimal outcomes across time, cost, quality, safety, and customer experience performance indicators.
