In terms of my job, it's simply learning how something works and then finding out how to improve it for the customer, the team or both. At Rapid Ramp, I've had the opportunity to work through almost every department. I began in sales, then moved through to operations, where I made Rapid Ramp nationwide and brought a focus on the commercial sector, all while sticking to our company values.
