With nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Travis Bailey has dedicated his career to advancing excellence in productivity, safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. Travis is a self-made professional having privilege of building work, operating heavy equipment, supervising fieldwork, and managing and leading compliance requirements on complex construction projects, while also leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement.For over 35 years, Travis has been part of Allan Myers Inc, a heavy civil construction and materials company with 7 regional offices, 5 aggregate plants, and 23 asphalt plants in the Mid-Atlantic region and with a workforce exceeding 2,500. He currently serves as Vice President of Environmental leading a high-performing environmental team dedicated to the success of the company while protecting the communities we are working within. His team ensures that employees understand the environmental regulations and requirements tied to their work—empowering them to complete projects safely, profitably, and right the first time.
