My career has taken an untraditional path due to family/spousal commitments. I have specialized in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, education, and public health initiatives. As a provider, my career has been diverse and dynamic through program development and successful demonstrations in leadership opportunities and growth. This experience has honed my executive communication, emotional intelligence, flexible adaptability across multiple corporate and government hierarchies which is an obvious asset in a fast paced, ever changing, and demanding industry. I am a proven collaborative leader specializing in cross-functional relationships as well as an influential program innovator and facilitator at local, regional, and state level organizations and government agencies. Having successfully developed service lines from the ground up in 3 different states, my entire career has required mitigation of complex considerations for patients, healthcare providers, athletes etc. in hospitals, industrial/field settings, and specialty populations like law enforcement while building programs catered on network success. Included in my scope of practice are operational strategies, problem-solving, and risk mitigation for complex relationships with proven results. This unique perspective has enhanced my ability to critically analyze and direct resources to impact system-wide organizations to produce successful outcomes.
