I'm the Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of Rex Airlines, Australia's largest independent regional airline, where I'm leading the finance organization as Rex enters its next chapter under Air T ownership.My career spans aviation, capital markets, and capital-intensive, regulated businesses. I spent eight years on the Board of Directors of Air T, Inc.(NASDAQ: AIRT) as Audit Committee Chair and continue to serve as Strategic Advisor. I've held CFO and senior finance leadership roles at Two Harbors Investment Corp, Colliers, WeWork and CBRE, and began my career with 13 years at Deloitte, including a decade in the Capital Markets Advisory Practice.I'm a CPA, hold an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and am a Commercial Pilot with multiengine and instrument ratings, as well as a Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII).
