About Travis Taylor

Originally from Sacramento, I spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, starting as an avionics technician and eventually leading diverse teams across global assignments in Korea, the Middle East, and beyond. My military career shaped my leadership style — consistent, servant-minded, and focused on developing others. After retiring, I discovered Customer Success and immediately found my home. It’s been the ideal space to apply my skills in project management, leadership, and collaboration. Through lateral shifts and evolving company needs, I transitioned into Account Management — where I’ve been able to deepen relationships, drive retention and expansion, and truly excel. Currently, I manage a $3.4M ARR portfolio at Henry Schein One, working with public health organizations and government clients. Whether I’m leading expansion strategy, optimizing workflows, or collaborating cross-functionally, I stay grounded in teamwork, service, and sustainable growth. Outside of work, I’m a hands-on builder and weekend project guy — from restoring a ‘94 Geo Metro to constructing a custom bookshelf and front yard deck. I love working with my hands almost as much as helping people thrive in their work. I also love construction, and we recently gutted a wall to insert a custom built-in bookshelf for my wife's and son's wonderful collection. I've also constructed a 14' x 12' deck in my front yard!
