8 years ago I shifted my career from logistics to customer service/account management. I've been given an opportunity to help literally hundreds of people. My character, perseverance and integrity is pushed daily and I have to admit that I enjoy the challenge. Company Commander in the Marine Corps once told me "IF YOU'RE NOT MENTALLY EXHAUSTED AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU DID'NT DO YOUR JOB RIGHT." I've worked with and for a dozen suppliers and vendors for the upstate of South Carolina (home of the BMW US factory) so I have a somewhat unique and intuitive perception of the automotive world. My ultimate goal was to find an employer that promotes growth so that I can enjoy what I do and have a comfortable work/life balance. I've been fortunate to find RL Enterprise. I've been leading people since I was 18 years old and I have a coaching/teacher style that promotes loyalty and my company gives it back 10 fold.
