I am a very outgoing self motivated person who enjoys being challenged. My enthusiasm shows through in any task I undertake and I am quick to learn. I thrive under pressure, working in fast paced environments and can be relied upon to see a task through to the end and within set timescales. I am very commercially aware and have excellent business development and networking skills. I have successfully established and run my own business, however thrive on working in a more corporate environment. I am a real people person and enjoy motivating others and giving direction, I have a lot of experience of training, recruitment and managing a team of people. I have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with a large amount of patience and empathy demonstrated during my time as a Driving Instructor and Clinical Coordinator. My experience also includes using Word, Excel, CRM, ACT and other bespoke systems
