About Treixanet Saffold

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a longstanding aspiration to become a child therapist, I am seeking a position to transition into the mental health field. My dream is to make a significant impact by providing therapeutic support to children and their families. To advance my career, I am planning to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling. This will equip me with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to specialize in child therapy and effectively address the unique needs of young clients. In addition to my academic foundation, I bring 10 years of experience in call center customer service. This role has honed my abilities in empathetic communication, active listening, and problem-solving—key competencies that are vital in mental health. My experience has not only refined my interpersonal skills but also deepened my commitment to supporting individuals through their challenges. By integrating my educational background with my professional experience, I am confident that I can make this transition into mental health. I am excited about the opportunity to further develop my skills and contribute to the well-being of young clients.
