With more than Twenty years of experience in the transportation industry with knowledge of Transit and Motorcoach bus services, Rail Operator, Rail Field Supervisor, Rail Controller, Para-transit and Dispatcher with safety being a top priority. Aiming to use my proven customer service and communication skills to effectively fill the required position. I Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, customer service, detailed orientated, team player and dedicated. I Participated is City of Charlotte Blue Line start-up testing (2007), Street car testing, training and opening of LYNX Gold Line (2015) and BLE (Blue Line Extension) light rail testing and opening (2017). Participated in 2019 NBA Tabletop meeting and Operation Thunderstruck Tabletop meeting 2020 for Charlotte LYNX Gold Line extension, Also acted as Lead Controller for live exercise for operation Thunderstruck. Participated in the Mentoring program as a Line Platform Instructor (LPI) since 2014. Assisted in the training department in providing on-the-job field and classroom instruction to student personnel to qualifying them as rail operators. Class B CDL with Passenger and S (School Bus) Endorsement Certification. Knowledge of SCADA, TDX, Qognify Digital Camera System, SPEARS 4i, Peoplesoft, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Payroll and Employee Relations. Engaged in Tabletop meetings and Emergency evacuation exercises. FEMA Certification Courses FEMA 100, 200, 700 and 800.
