About Trent Dunn

Trenton Dunn began his career investing in single–family properties in 2003 after attending the Georgia Institute of Technology. He later ventured into multifamily real estate in 2010, co-founding Atlantica Properties. As a licensed Georgia real estate broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM), Trenton has gained experience managing acquisitions, tenant relations, and dispositions of institutional assets in over $500M of transactions. Trenton believes in building asset management systems that generate exceptional returns for investors, while also creating opportunities for both tenants and homeowners to gain stability and equity in their communities. Trenton is currently serving as a Government Affairs committee member for the Georgia Association of REALTORS and also serves as a board member and the Development Committee Chair of Nicholas House homeless shelter. Trenton is an active member of the Board of Realtist, Atlanta Black Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Board of Realtors, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 2024, Trenton founded SubsidySync, Inc, an innovative Proptech company with a mission to establish a universal rent subsidy distribution model that ensures housing affordability through private sector funding, minimizing government intervention. In 2025, the IREM Foundation awarded SubsidySync the J.T. Aveni Center for Research Award to continue the development of our data-driven solution to help transition families into self-sufficiency. Trenton attends and supports the housing ministry at New Life Church in Decatur, GA and enjoys volunteering with Nicholas House, Habitat for Humanity, Hosea Feed the Hungry, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. He also enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golf, and Atlanta Hawks basketball.
