After working as an individual contributor in Network engineering for over 15 years. In my current position I am the manager of the Brightspeed Technology Advancement Center, a telecommunications testing and development laboratory. I was asked to conceptualize, design, implement, and over see the build and commissioning of this state-of-the-art facility. I hired the engineering and have been proud to watch it grow from a concept in my mind to a fully operational center.
