About Trenton Sinclair

My mission is to be a thoughtful leader who builds exceptional solutions, uplifts and empowers teams to grow, and focuses on raising the collective bar by thinking differently. The diversity in my career has been focused on experience bringing great products to market, and designing and implementing strategies to do so. I strive to constantly learn and grow. My foundation in sportswear apparel and accessories gave me the tenants of collaboration, communication, and teamwork. I strive to push myself, evolving in categories of work, product industries, to responsibilities in leadership. Pivoting into the digital space gave me new perspectives and methodologies on how to work faster and more agile. Bringing the two styles together, my goal and focus is to grow by maximizing my experience, being flexible to new perspectives and ways of thought, and creating insight by blending different experiences to elevate the brands I am working with.
