As an Operations Manager at Corovan, I oversee the daily operations of one of the largest commercial moving and storage companies in California. I have over 5 years of experience in the contact center and transportation industry, where I have developed and demonstrated my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), customer experience (CX), training, and learning and development planning (L&D). My mission is to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients and ensure the quality and efficiency of our services. I maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, serve as a subject matter expert on assigned projects, and facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. I also implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency, investigate and resolve operational incidents, and create and present quarterly business reviews. Additionally, I design and deliver training programs for operational teams and drivers, and provide quick and effective solutions to escalated issues.
