Hello, I'm Trevonta Crawford, a lifelong resident of Baltimore City. I embarked on my academic journey with a focus on computer science, graduating from Digital Harbor High School and continuing my studies at Bowie State University. However, life took an unexpected turn when I made the difficult decision to leave university after three years to support my family. My journey led me to a career as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service, where I witnessed firsthand the disparities in Baltimore's neighborhoods. Driven by a desire to make a difference, I found myself at a crossroads. It was during this uncertain time that I turned to prayer for guidance. Providentially, my prayers led me to a transformative encounter with Mark Whitten's insights on the Breakfast Club. Inspired, I immersed myself in literature on real estate development and strategies. Over five years with the USPS, I observed the challenges facing Baltimore City, from neglected properties to complex legal issues. My perspective shifted dramatically on June 23rd of 2023 when a car accident altered the course of my life. Despite enduring multiple fractures and physical limitations, my faith remained steadfast, fueling my determination to continue my journey in real estate. Today, I advocate for the revitalization of Baltimore City, working tirelessly with homeowners to navigate the complexities of property ownership and reclaim our neighborhoods. My mission is to empower legacy residents like myself, ensuring that revitalization efforts benefit the community as a whole. Join me in shaping the future of Baltimore City, one property at a time.
