Background
About Trevor Alcos
Previously worked in a warehouse as a forklift operator while going to school to become an English/P.E. Teacher but came to realize that wasn’t the career path for me. After making that decision I signed up for a firefighting course in Texas. A few months later after long nights of study and 3 weeks Down in Texas I graduated from Texas Engineering Extensive Services and became a certified Firefighter. Firefighting has always been in the back of my mind as something I’d like to do from a young age. I am also a licensed First Responder. I have a passion for sports but my main sport is baseball. I’ve played baseball since I was 3 and when I was 11 I represented Canada at the Little League World Series in 2011. I currently coach a bantam baseball team as well as volunteer with the Big Brother Big Sister organization. I currently work for the City Of Abbotsford in turf and irrigation and proudly volunteer at Chilliwack River Valley Fire Department as a firefighter.
