About Trevor Baier

With a well rounded background in youth development, child care, and camping I bring passion and experience to any role I step into. I am passionate about ensuring that communities have access to recreation and sports programs that help shape young people into team players, more confident individuals, and leaders. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued and like they belong to their community. I have spent most of my professional life working within the YMCA of Silicon Valley. I value working for the Y because I appreciate that we provide programs and access to people from all different backgrounds and economic status. Growing the summer camp program at YMCA Camp Campbell is a professional achievement that I am incredibly proud of. Our enrollment numbers are consistent and at capacity. Our program retention is high. And the campers and their families find safety and value in the program we provide. I am looking forward to bringing my passion and skills to a new community, and helping more people in more places find confidence in themselves and belonging.
