All round management capabilities, encompassing ship operations and managing on-board resources, together with a strong client focus, adopting a meticulous approach and paying attention to detail to achieve optimum operational efficiency, and provide excellent client service, while meeting corporate objectives. Most recent experience as 'Yard Captain' for Windstar Cruises'$250m "Stretch" project for the 'Star'-class vessels, which involved insert of a new 25m accommodation section, along with new engines and generators, and with responsibility for regulatory oversight, as well as commissioning of the revamped vessels. Excellent understanding of regulatory, compliance and governance issues, with a proven record of success in achieving successful completion of audits and inspections.
