About Trevor Bajkowski

Hi! I’m a Data and ML professional with a PhD in Computer Science. I’m currently at Surescripts where I am a Senior Data Scientist, pushing to combine machine learning, product development, and human impact. I’m proud to say that part of my responsibilities include prototyping, developing, and testing data products that improve healthcare interactions for providers and patients alike! Before this, I spent six years doing applied research at the University of Missouri, where I focused on computer vision and machine learning methods for processing satellite imagery, aerial video, and health data. While at Mizzou, I led large-scale ML experiments, built scalable pipelines, and built up 20+ publications as an author and co-author. I’m especially interested in human-centered AI, model interpretability, and the potential of multi-modal systems. Whether it’s using data to support critical decisions or designing tools that people actually want to use, I’m motivated by the chance to make a meaningful difference. Always open to connecting with others working at the edge of AI, health tech, and data product development.
