About Trevor Baker

Before joining Performance Scoring, Trevor was an educator for 13 years, spending his last 6 in campus administration. During his time in education, Trevor enjoyed finding ways to motivate his students and staff to do their best while also developing creative solutions to problems faced in a growing school district. Trevor developed a love for technology at an early age and incorporated it as much as he could in the classroom and in administration, even using Performance Scoring in its early days to track activity on his campus. Joining Performance Scoring in January of 2021 was a natural move for Trevor as it married his love for education and innovative technology. Trevor now works with all Performance Scoring clients to help them configure the application to their specific needs, train users to get the most out of the product for their role, and to provide ongoing support to clients on their journey to continuous improvement. Trevor combines his intricate knowledge of the Performance Scoring family of applications with his seasoned ability to assess needs and develop actionable solutions to drive improvement.
