I'm a litigator with the Province of British Columbia, practising primarily constitutional and administrative law. I also do some class action defence and other civil disputes involving the provincial government. I'm Chair of the Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia and an instructor at the UVic Faculty of Law, where I teach civil procedure and legal ethics.
