About Trevor Baumann

I started my career in the restaurant industry, working every role from dessert chef to bartender in my family’s steak and seafood restaurant and beyond. Transitioning into SaaS sales wasn’t easy. My first few months as an SDR were a grind. But once I found my rhythm, I broke company records with 60 booked demos and 41 SQLs in a single month, and consistently ranked in the top 3 for performance. That momentum led to four quick promotions and ultimately to my role as an Account Executive. As an AE, I closed my first deal on my very first demo, landed the second-largest sale of 2023, and had the second-biggest month in U.S. company history, all while being the newest AE on the team. In 2024, I transitioned to a new team post-acquisition and continued to thrive, closing many one-day and same-day deals, while managing a 90-day average sales cycle. Along the way, I completed Winning by Design’s Selling for Impact course, earning certification, and trained in SPIN and SPICED selling methodologies, skills that have shaped my consultative, value-driven approach. After navigating three M & As and major team shifts, I wrapped up my four-year journey in early 2025 due to company-wide layoffs, and I’m now excited to take everything I’ve learned into my next role as a Senior Account Executive at Hearth.Outside of work, I’ve solo-traveled through 12 countries across Europe and South America, experiences that sharpened my independence, communication, and adaptability in ways no job ever could. I bring grit, curiosity, and a consultative mindset to every team I join, and I’m ready to help a mission-driven company win.
