I am a Regional Program Manager with experience overseeing multi-site residential and program-based services across multiple states. I focus on leading leaders, creating consistent standards, and helping teams perform well while protecting strong culture, safety, and accountability.Currently, I oversee six residential programs across four states and six cities, serving approximately 90 residents while leading one Senior Program Manager and five Program Managers.
