With over 12 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, my expertise lies in scaling commercial organizations, particularly in the US and Asia Pacific regions. As a skilled operator, I've led hyper growth teams within private start ups as well as managed large, multi-national teams within publicly traded companies. Presently at Unity, my mission is to drive the company's expansion strategy across Japan and Korea, fostering key relationships and aligning our goals with the broader corporate vision. My most recent accomplishment includes the successful Post Merger Integration (PMI) of Tapjoy and ironSource's Japan operations into Unity, which was a significant milestone following the $400m acquisition of Tapjoy and the subsequent $4.4B acquisition of ironSource by Unity. In this role, I successfully integrated 3 subsidiaries together to form one entity. This rollup resulted in significant cost savings, a unified sales approach, combined payrolls, benefits, and culture.
