I am a marketing and operations intern at the Lubbock Matadors, a professional soccer team of the NPSL, where I assist in the logistics of stadium setup, teardown, and maintenance, as well as ticket sales and the integration of sponsors' branding into game-day promotions and events. I also manage the club's ticket booth during peak hours, processing hundreds of tickets with a 100% accuracy rate. I am pursuing a degree in marketing and business administration with a minor in sport management from Texas Tech University, where I have gained a solid foundation in marketing principles, strategies, and analytics. In addition to my internship, I have also worked as a sports analyst, writer, and reporter for Rivals.com, a leading online platform for college sports coverage. There, I conducted comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses for men’s football, baseball, and basketball programs, authored precise and compelling articles daily, and delivered real-time media streaming during matches. I have also been a creative specialist and marketing intern for Gamblin Gauchos, a social media platform and podcast for sports betting enthusiasts and Texas Tech fans where I created engaging and appealing graphics and grew the Instagram following from zero to over a thousand in four months. Through these experiences, I have developed and demonstrated my skills in social media, teamwork, communication, and data analysis. I am passionate about sports and marketing, and I aspire to contribute to the growth and success of the sports industry. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a collaborative and supportive attitude.
