As a Technical Project/Budget Manager at New York City Emergency Management Department, I apply my technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management certifications (PMP, ITIL) to plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the budget, timeline, and scope. I oversee all contract actions, write and release solicitations, review proposals, process documents, and coordinate logistics for emergency management projects in New York City. With more than seven years of experience in project management, I have successfully managed various capital upgrade projects ranging from $500K to $15M in budget, conducted site visits and damage assessments, developed workflows and routing slips, and provided analytical support for financial reporting, budget utilization, and contract administration. I am adept at allocating resources, actualizing solutions, and creating systemic organization. I am a forward-thinker, providing innovative, asymmetrical vision in developing systems, re-engineering processes, and procedures.
